Sinopsis:

Dalam sebuah gudang senjata di Cina, seorang gadis yang dituduh mencuri peluru ditembak mati oleh bosnya. Enam bulan kemudian, serangkaian pembunuhan terjadi. Dua perwira polisi Bao dan Guo menyelidiki kasus tersebut. Tapi semua petunjuk selalu kembali ke gadis yang sudah mati! Mereka kemudian menemukan bahwa kejadian pencurian peluru tersebut adalah untuk menutupi konspirasi antara si bos gudang peluru dan Kepala Polisi. Bao dan Guo nyaris dibunuh, tapi itu malah meningkatkan tekad mereka untuk memecahkan misteri. .

In an arsenal during the warlord era in China, a girl, accused of stealing bullets, is shot to death by the Boss. Six months later, a series of mysterious murders occur. Policemen Bao and Guo investigate the case, but strangely all the clues point to the dead girl! They then discover that stealing bullets is a cover-up for a conspiracy between the Boss and the Police Chief. The latter tries to have Bao and Guo killed, but that increases their determination to solve the mystery.
